The monastery Wat Siphoutthabath-'the Buddha's marvelous footprint temple'- doesn't only have it's romantic name, but also consists of three parts- three small monasteries composed in an integral whole. Artistically, the temple is a typical example of the late Luang Prabang's style, when the decorative extravagance began to prevail. Certainly it is interesting to have a look at 19th century master's work, but it is not the thing that attracts riddle-fans.
