Episode 8 Flashback: the Perm Region. 1982. The camp of Eco-tourists is attacked by mythical creatures from the parallel measurement. Tourists are mercilessly exterminated, some of them are taken away to the world of newcomers. Mark, who has become more than a friend with Nick, helps Nick to combine a picture from a mosaic of the facts and to find Nick’s mother. His mother is in a psychiatric hospital − once she couldn’t get over of all the truth about his father. Nick is called for a new mission. The team delivers a specialist of the Syndicate for resolving the tentative dimensioned collisions in the Perm Region. His aim is to warn about the opening of a portal that takes place in this area every 25 years. However, the portal can’t be closed by the planned measures. The creatures, that look like mythic characters from the ancient folklore, appear. The team itself becomes a trophy but not a hunter. Burg is badly wounded. Nick’s dream: He sees causes of portal’s opening and eliminates them. The portal is closing. Burg is in the hospital.
