Neighborhood Film Show Mode:
Campaign manager and promoters prepare the site for video picket. The manager deploys and aligns the equipment; installs flags. The screen has a banner on it with the size of 3x4 m with a candidate’s (or party) logo. Promoters stick pro-candidate (or party) campaigning bills, invitations to meetings with the candidate (or party Leader), and film show announcement bills all around the residential quarter.
Promoters implement “House-To-House Canvassing” sub-project: visit all the neighboring houses, tell people about a social-cultural project held by the candidate (or party), hand out the printed propaganda materials, carry out low-pressure campaigning, invite people to a neighborhood film show, invite the residents to a meeting with the candidate or his or her agents.
A film is shown. Signature collection in support of a party’s initiative is conducted in the yard prior to the film show.
“A Meeting” project is held before the film show, i.e. the speech of a candidate’s (or party’s) agent in front of the voters. People from the campaign support group ask “the right questions”.
Then a documentary short lasting 10-15 minutes is displayed.
After that a new patriotic feature film with a preapproved subject is displayed.
After the feature film a final campaign promo of the candidate (or party) lasting 1 minute is being displayed.
Campaign materials are distributed.
