A French impressionist Paul Cezanne characterized the great artist, the friend and the colleague with these words. In stages of Claude Monet's life (1840-1926) in art and science there was a development of new conception of colour. In art it was a period between romantic graphic traditions and an abstract expressionism. At these days physical laws, concerning light and colour were opened in science, and features of perception of colour by a human eye and a brain were found out.
